Customer Service and Support
AMD Telehealth offers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week full customer support. We realize the urgency in solving customer situations immediately and have dedicated staff specifically for this purpose. In addition, a team of AMD Telehealth employees will be assembled to ensure long lasting success within each customer program.

Clinical Implementation and Services
AMD Telehealths clinical staff takes a slightly different approach to implementation and training than many other vendors in this industry. Rather than offering “cookie cutter” training programs, each one of our clinical staff are experienced in working collaboratively with customers to develop a customized implementation strategy and training plan. Through this level of customization and attention to existing operations and staffing models, we can drastically improve the rate of success in meeting program outcomes.
